Frequently asked questions

How long does a cooperation last and when do joint events take place?

Our cooperation contracts begin at the start of each semester, either on October 1st or April 1st. You can opt for a one-year or one-semester duration. Since we operate on a semester basis, our events with cooperation partners are scheduled as follows:
- Winter Semester: Joint events are organized between November and January the following year.
- Summer Semester: Joint events are organized between May and June.

Can we select what kind of cooperation we want to undertake?

Yes, we aim to tailor the cooperation to your specific needs and preferences. We offer six different cooperation packages, from which you can freely select as many as you like.

What costs are associated with a cooperation?

The price is dependent on the amount of cooperation packages you choose as well as the duration of the collaboration. The exact price will thus be determined during the negotiation process.

What is the process of becoming a cooperation partner?

After the initial contact, we will arrange a pitch meeting where we introduce our organization in detail and present the various cooperation packages we offer. Once we agree on the cooperation details during the negotiation phase, we will finalize the partnership with a contract.
